Audiences North East

Audiences North East commissioned two workshops for their members looking at how to market on minimal spend. Brainstorming, balloons, bubbles and even a little improvisation combined in a fun day that didn't just deliver on its objectives, but encouraged participants to re-think how they think and inject a little creativity into their daily working lives.

Around forty arts marketing peeps in the North East benefited from a fun-packed workshop on Minimal Spend Marketing this week. We ran sessions in Middlesbrough and Newcastle with facilitation by the marvelous Lisa Baxter, who is an expert on creative idea generation (CIG). Lisa led participants, sometimes gently and sometimes firmly, through the creative maze, with the aim of sparking innovation in marketing. At a time when budgets are being cut and the outlook is perceived as being very gloomy, her positive approach was refreshing and inspiring.
